Nadiya believes that life often presents challenges that need attention beyond what we can handle. These challenges come in all forms: stress and anxiety, depression, conflict in personal relationships, and behavioral issues; just to name a few.  When faced with these challenges, the help of a caring professional can make a difference.  Nadiya knows that therapy is a very personal decision and that it is important to find the right fit. She approaches counseling as a dynamic process unlocking a client’s full potential in every aspect of life through inspiring her clients to work hard to achieve clear, measurable results, and to re-evaluate their lives as a whole.
